1.understanding clients' requirements and quantities take off based on drawings
a. Preparing BOQ, quotes, contract and other required documents
b. monitor and control costs throughout the project
c. Manage the valuation of work done and handles claims and variations
d. detailed Job description and requirements shall be further discussed during interview
e. Check drawing and BOQ
f. Prepare design, shop drawing, as built, and BOQ
g. Prepare Purchase Requisition
h. Prepare calculation notes to meet with the Design Team
i. Coordinate drawing with the site team and report to the Design Manager
j. Work closely with the purchasing team for material Order
k. Join inspection material delivery with Design team

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree of fine art or Equivaled
2. At least 2-year experiences in interior Design work (Decor or Design Company)
3. Having strong commitment in completing all kind of tasks
4. Having strong communication skill
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Able to use Auto Cad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and/or Power Point)
7. Able to use English both speaking and writing
