Responsibilities:
Source and work customer referrals
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer
questions as needed
Promote specific products as directed by upper management
Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in an effort to extend the customer lifetime
value
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
Impeccable customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers
Approach all companies to prepare MoU/agreement
Motivate and push up corporate business partners for sales activities like doctor talk, health checkup program
Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration of Management, Marketing, Public Relationship, or other related fields;
• At least 1-2year working experience in the fields
• Knowledge of sales and marketing management.
• Be able to work as a team
• Can used MS Office and e-mail, internet
• Good English skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Good communication skills, teamwork, ownership and results
• High honesty, willingness and discipline, ability and teamwork
• Communication and mutual value in performance
• Other tasks assigned by top management
