Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Conduct training
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regualr updates and insights to senior management
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Administration
• Proven experience in sales management at least 2 years, preferably in the paint or coating undustry
• In-depth knowledge of the paint industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs
