Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follow the posted schedule and report at workstation on time.
2. Follow set up and break down procedure that was set by the kitchen management.
3. Maintains good quality and presentations by follow the use record and recipes
4. Follow safety and energy conservation procedure.
5. Report any hazard condition to Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
6. Follow food protection techniques, to include keep hot food at 141 F (60 C), cold food at 40 F (4 C) or below, cover, dating and rotation.
7. Assist attendant to complete the assigned tasks.
8. To be able to operate kitchen equipment
9. Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
10. To perform all other duties as assigned by Demi Chef or Chef de Partie

-ផ្តល់ឱកាសផ្លាស់ប្តូរមុខតំណែង
-វាយតម្លៃលើលទ្ធភាពការងារ និង តំឡើងប្រាក់ខែប្រចាំឆ្នាំ
-និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ផ្សេងៗទៀតជាច្រើន
