_Achieved the B2B sales target of residential& commercial air conditioner, electrical and consumer electronic project.
_Lead coach, motivate and build a high performing sales team by identifying key targets.
_Work closely with project sales members to assist, develop and implement the project channel growth and strategy in effort to drive profitable sales and pipeline growth.
_Organize the sales team and lead all regional project sales and business
_Daily and weekly meeting
_Daily monitor and managed pipeline activities
_Proactively seek out specification opportunities, create specification and project proposal.
_Participate in project performance review meeting and discussion
