Creative Design (Senior)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a proven ability to develop innovative and visually appealing concepts for various media. This role requires exceptional design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Duties:
Lead the design process for all creative projects, including branding, advertising, social media, and event materials.
Develop and execute creative concepts that align with Liberty Carz's branding and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually compelling designs for campaigns and events.
Oversee the production of design assets, ensuring high quality and consistency across all platforms.
Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into projects.
Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate production of design materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
