• Duties and responsibilities
• Develop and implement farming policies and procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate all farm activities including fertilization, pest and harvesting
• Ensure the tree health by scheduling regular check-ups and coordinate necessary treatments.
• Maintain farm facilities, equipment, and buildings.
• Recruit, train, and supervise farm workers for safety and health regulations.
• Manage farm finances, including budgeting and operation costs.
• Buy necessary farm supply, such as tools, fertilizer and insecticide and pesticide.
• Negotiate contracts for the sale of farm products.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with government agriculture policies and regulation.
• Ensure all farming operations comply with government regulations and safety standards.
• Manage and supervise farming personnel and handle staffing issues.
• Inspect farm buildings and equipment, arranging for repair when necessary.
• Well connect with market and make decision on crop planning and sales accordingly.
