#CFI is recruiting for a General Manager ($1K+) to work in Accounting and Financial Firm. Please see the JD and JR as below.
#JR
-Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
-Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
-Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility.
-Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
-Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
-Report to the executive team on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
#JR
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
-10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in accounting and financial firms.
-Strong leadership and team-building skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving targets, and having existing clients on hand.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
