JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource, Management or relevant field.
- At least 5-10 years of working experiences in human resource management from Automotive or other
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy;
- Knowledge and skills related Labor law of Cambodia such as MOC, MOL, NSSF, and have good connection with other authorities.
- Good knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, labor relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices and diversity.
- Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization, senior management, mid managers or employees.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and coaching.
- Expertise in using HR management software and office software such as excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoin

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop and update HR & Admin policies, Internal Rule and Regulations, company policies, SOP and guideline to ensure HR functions are effectively and efficiently managed.
- Processing of recruitment
- Oversee functions of HR services within company such as recruitment, hiring, employee record-keeping including contracts/ agreements, compensation, stationery, company fix assets and benefits for employees.
- Assist departmental leaders in reviewing and updating the Job Description/ title/responsibility changes within their departments.
- Manage to assure monthly payroll process is accurate and on time.
- Lead and manage performance management process with all the managers to identify and address probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal of all staffs.
- Manage, oversee, and develop compliance related to internal rules, policies,
procedures, work flows, guidelines, private insurance, NSSF, and the Ministry of
Labor's systems (LACMS, FWCMS, and SICMS)
- Coordinate, prepare and deliver the training needs to staff.
- Follow up and check all the daily-weekly-monthly report such as attendance, and other tasks related to HR & Admin department.
- Represent the HR department in presenting the weekly HR reports in the weekly meeting with all department leaders.
- Manage all HR operation tasks include administration organizing, office, buildings, transportation, fuel and utility, parking (vehicle), hygiene and tidy, security and safety;
- Generate all types of administrative letters including announcements, declarations, notifications, certifications, and memos, with tasks of editing, typing, mailing, filing and translation in both verbal and documentation.
- Act as bridge for different departments and staff and resolve any conflicts when occurs.
- Others task will be assigned by CHO.
