Job Description
• Manage and oversee all aspects of HR functions (NO SUPPORT FROM AGENCY, YOU HAVE TO DO BY YOURSELF)such as:
-Hiring, this may include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, processing new hire paperwork.
-Apply Quota for foreigner
-Apply work permit of foreigner
-Prepare employee workbook and health check up
-Prepare declaration of staff moving
-Prepare Shop Steward election
-Update HIV community document
-Prepare the declaration to SICMS (ប្រកាសអធិការកិច្ចការងារតាមប្រព័ន្ធស្វ័យប្រវត្តិកម្ម)
-Prepare contract for new employment
-Prepare staff performance evaluation
-Prepare Pension fund
-Responsible for leave tracking
-Update and developing policies
-Update internal rule and procedure
-Conduct the training if needed
• Support other departments
•Lead a company’s HR programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance, disciplinary actions and staffing levels
• Support the company’s strategic goals which may help drive the design, planning and implementation of these programs and policies.
• Conduct the training if needed and motivating administrative employees
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
• Responsible for Payroll related tasks
Administrator:
• Purchasing office supply, equipment and others with proper quotation
• Supervise guards and cleaners
• Receiving visitors
• Keeping the office and the building neat and clean
• Maintenance office and saving energy
• The main person to contact with suppliers, travel agent, other organizations and making appointments for managers and guests
• Perform any assignments as request
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields. Holding a master degree is appreciated
• At least 3-years experience in HR Management or related experience
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, positive attitude, good time management and leadership and employee development skills
• The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels. Be patient and able to deal with difficult situations
• Documented computer skills and computer literacy with Ms. Office email..etc.
•Good command for both writing and speaking English.
* Salary: Negotiable (based on qualifications and experience)
