JDs

• Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop
software, helping staff setup systems or resolve issues.
• Identify and solve IT-related problems that may arise, either independently or by
collaborating with other IT staff members.
• Implement regular data backups, ensuring the integrity and recoverability of
critical data in case of system failures or disasters.
• Install and configure computer hardware software and network.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or
software faults
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization by checking
window firewall and antivirus software schedule scanning.
• set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues, AD server
and outlook mail configuration and provide training on the proper use, if necessary.
• CCTV maintenance.
• Monthly update incident report to IT Director.

* Job Requirement
• associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant.
• At least 1 years experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and
networks.
• Providing efficient and courteous support to users, ensuring their IT needs
are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
