Job Title: Loan Recovery Supervisor
Location: Phnom Penh
Deadline: 30-September-2024
Salary: Based on Qualification and Experience
I. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Implement and follow the Collection Policy and Procedure and set KPI for FCO on collection and repossess.
• Ensure that suspicious/Fraud case by FCO is prevented and conduct often field visit and proper internal control.
• Manage, Lead, Control the Field Collection Officer (FCO) who under supervision in order to collect cash and repossess asset back from lessee and ensure to achieve the KPI that set from Deputy Head Loan Recovery.
• Direct responsible to lessee that assigned in To Do List to collect cash and repossess asset.
• Review loan’s situation and find the best solution to take action with lessee or stakeholder until get payment.
• Ensure PAR30 is met to KPI by effort on collection and repossession in team and individual dashboard.
• Conduct mission to any provinces as lessee’s other addresses that assign by Deputy Head Loan Recovery.
• Review Daily Visitation Report from FCO and generate proper and on time action to support teamwork effectively.
• Set Daily Visitation Plan to FCO and conduct field visit to support FCO on cash collection and repossession.
• Spot check to FCO working hour and field visitation location in order to ensure FCO have visit the place follow Daily Visitation Plan and no cheat working hour and no fake report and ensure the report is submit every evening.
• Review loan and propose legal action to DHLR such as make complaint to Local Authority, Police and Court.
• Manage, Control, and Follow up to relevant letters that deliver to lessee by FCO and prepare Monthly Report.
• Motivate, Push, Warning to FCO who low performance as quarterly basis by discuss with DHLR and HR team.
• Perform other task as assigned by DHLR or HLR.
II. Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree of Banking or any related field.
• Minimum 02 years of work experiences on Loan Recovery/Collection or related fields in MFI or Leasing company.
• Minimum 02 years experiences in Supervisory and Managerial role.
• Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
• Honest, flexible and hard-working.
• High commitment and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge in management, leading, controlling, analyzing, and decision making.
• Good in Excel Skill and Report Analysis.
• Honesty, Work hard, Patient and have Vehicle Driving License.
