Job Responsibilities
1 Issue the Sale Invoice
2 Booking the shipment
3 Prepare the document to broker for customs declarations
4 Tracking the customs declarations status and follow up the completed document from broker
5 Monitor freight and clearance cost included evaluate the broker/forwarder
6 Collect the document and request payment to broker/forwarder
7 Tracking and confirm shipment status to Accounting Department for Revenue adjustment based on Inco-Term
8 Perform any job assigned by the superior
