RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to promote products and services
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, visuals, and promotional materials
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates
- Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce high-quality marketing collateral
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis
- Gather and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
- Plan and organize marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, webinars, and customer appreciation events
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and promotional activities
- Ensure that events align with the company’s marketing objectives and brand imagine
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

- Support the development of branding materials, including logos, brochures, and advertising

- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI)
- Track and report on the financial performance of marketing campaigns
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors to optimize marketing spend
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1 Year or more experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices are recommended
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language proficiency in spoken & written Chinese is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
- Fast and efficient worker, able to work under pressure and highly responsible.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible on going work outdoors or province
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
