About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist to help both our digital and traditional marketing efforts. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media and traditional channels (print, events).
- Manage social media accounts and create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials that reflect our brand and engage our target audience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the company competitive.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
