RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for 24 hours claims hotline
• Responsible for claims system testing and cooperating with IT department
• Responsible for conducting the presentation to customers
• Ensure all claim documents from clients are available for claim processing
• Perform on-site survey and claims investigation whenever necessary
• Adhere to claim settlement procedures for prompt claims settlement
• Prepare Offer Letter, Discharge Voucher, Payment or Rejected Letter
• Prepare Claim Reports for internal and external requirement
• Settle the complaints/claims matter with customers
• Assist to advise reinsurers on claim matters
• Obtain necessary recovery from customers, third party and reinsurers
• Ensure all confidential information relating to staff, customers, and Company are maintained at all time
• Maintain a good relationship with all levels of staff within the Company and with customers
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned by Management

REQUIREMENT
• Bachelors' Degree in medical science or related field
• 2 years' working experience in Claims and Insurance industry
• Prior experience in Loss adjusting will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
• Work well within team environment, and be able to build good relationships
• Possess the technical competence to do the job, demonstrated either by relevant qualifications
• Ability to multi-task, plan effectively and meet deadlines
