To handle and prepare shipping documents for imports shipment (FCL, LCL, Air) for custom clearance process.
Contact and cooperate with customer and oversea agent to prepare all related document for import
Follow up shipment status with carriers, forwarding agent, airline and trucking companies
Build strong relationship with customer, airline, team and other concern parties
Follow up tracking cargo status and timely update to all concern parties
Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required with quality delivered Cargo
Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external documents
Update document in timely manner and closed filed and scanned via e-file
Be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur
Ensure credit facility before release Bill of Lading
Strong follow SOP requirement
To comply with any other new assignment and duties assigned by management
