Position: Personal Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and conferences.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review by the executive.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive’s work.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently.
• Experience in handling international travel arrangements is a plus.
