Project Coordinator Job Description
- Support project manager/ MD execute the projects
- Coordinate with internal team and external team in execution to make sure project is running smooth
- Communicate with clients to provide the support they need
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects
- Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
- Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
- Consistently update stage of completion of each project and deliverable
- Other tasks assigned by manager

- Flexible and be able to adapt with urgency
- Don’t like routine and like to travel/ work on field
- Passion about video production and advertising
- Like to communicate externally and internally
- High commitment to achieve goal and ability to work under pressure
- Result oriented
