Yorkmars is a leading garment manufacturer known for its commitment to quality and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager / QA Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and help uphold our high standards of product excellence.

Position Overview:
The QA Manager / QA Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities within our garment factory. This role requires a deep understanding of quality management systems and garment manufacturing processes, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet or exceed our quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support in daily operations and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related challenges and improve overall product quality.
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance within a garment manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Textile Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Communication: Excellent English skills in writing, verbal communication, speaking, and listening. Ability to clearly articulate quality issues and solutions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring product quality and compliance.
