• Inspection of equipment to meet quality control standards.
• Provide recommendations on procedures, standards and equipment to maintain product
quality.
• Assist with maintaining the plant and equipment according to determined standards as
required
• Tests are carried out according to schedule on plant and facility
• Independent testing undertaken as per procedures
• Personal hygiene control, production hygiene control and waste control
• Conduct testing on final products and raw material
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor in Food science or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in food hygrine, QA,QC or similar position
- Be able to use microsoft word, excel, power point, internet and email
- Be a good team leader, and be able to manage the team
