Responsibilities:
• Conduct sites survey, prepare survey report as required and provide all technical support in term of risk improvement and recommendations
• Undertake commercial and personal surveys.
• Collate and assess risk information on site survey.
• Use templates to record assessments and collect photographic evidence.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for underwriters.
• Advise clients on-site and discuss opportunities and requirements to reduce the
risk of future insurance claims.
• Accompany underwriters on site visits to help them understand the practicalities
of the site.
• Ensure the risk evaluation is properly done before accepting the customers by
adherence to underwriting guidelines.
• Assist to issue quotations/policies/endorsements for all lines of business to
ensure that they are issued on time basis and to make sure all underwriting
information are adequate before accepting to write the risk.
• Assist to prepare and manage all underwriting reports as when needful.
• Assist to carry out IT system maintenance in areas relating to underwriting and
reinsurance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Chief Underwriting Officer

Requirements:
• University Diploma of Civil Engineer or equivalent degree to the position
• 3-4 year experience of related field is plus and Fresh graduate student encourages to apply
• Experience in Civil Engineering is advantage
• Good attitude

• Strong time management skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to do multitask
• Good at researching and analyzing information
• Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Good English skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
• Friendly, responsible, team work player
• Willing to travel and work at site.
