The role is primarily responsible in recruiting and managing Apsara Lady (SP) performance & compliance as well as growing the business (sales volume) in each assigned area. The person needs to keep a close monitoring and supervising on sales promoter’s performance and work closely with other key stakeholders to learn and provide updates on market status, competitor feedback of each assigned area plus preparing required reports and pushing sales to achieve target.
