Client Engagement: - Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual consultations. - Provide detailed information about the condo project, including features, pricing, and financing options. 2. Sales Presentations: - Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the condo project’s amenities and benefits. - Address client questions and concerns, providing expert advice and personalized solutions. 3. Lead Generation: - Actively prospect for new clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online inquiries. - Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert inquiries into sales. 4. Negotiation and Closing: - Assist clients with the negotiation process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. - Prepare and review sales contracts, coordinate with legal and financial professionals as needed. 5. Market Knowledge: - Stay informed about market trends, competitor developments, and local real estate conditions to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information. - Utilize market knowledge to position the condo project effectively and address client needs. 6. Sales Targets: - Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the condo project. ○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. 7. Customer Service: - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.8. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and project updates. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions and planning. Job Requirements - Proven experience in real estate sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication skills in English - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
