Sales Executive Position for Moonshine Spirits

Moonshine Spirits is looking for motivated salesperson to engage with bars, restaurants and hotels in Phnom Penh! As a Sales Executive you will have the opportunity to work with international and local F&B outlets throughout the city and learn more about premium and luxury spirits brands.

Job description:
• Create and maintains relationships with customer accounts;
• Acts as a valued partner and consultant to the accounts.
• Uses judgement and knowledge of the industry to determine which products should be the key focus and which accounts should take priority.
• Builds, implements and manages brand activations, programs, and events.
• Educating the general market about spirits categories and optimal usage.
• Provides support, activation and memorable experiences for both customers and consumers.
• Digital marketing presence – engages with social media platforms (i.e., FB, IG, Snapchat).
• Gathers real-time photo and video content to be shared with the brand social media team.
• Works closely with sales team on planning and strategizing for brand activations.
• Desire to learn in-depth knowledge of spirits categories.
• Setup and conduct product tastings and training for existing and potential customer accounts.
What You Will Need
• English and Khmer Language Proficiency
• Experience with Excel and Word (Or Google Sheet / Document)
• Ability and desire to visit customer accounts during day and/or night.
What Will Set You Apart
• Prior experience in beverage industry.
• Bartending experience a plus.
• Existing and established relationships with F&B outlets in Phnom Penh.
• A genuine desire to learn and grow in the Spirits beverage industry.
