- Conduct morning briefings and evening de-briefing everyday are required in order to
enhance the staff’s spirit and to share the experience of handling different potential
customers.
- To make their endeavor to explore new potential customers.
- Searching and contacting individuals or corporate clients; involve different natures of
company, such as property developers, banking, insurance, casino or other investment
related companies.
- To make a systematic planning to explore and enroll these potential clients to
collaborate with us.
- To be able coordinate the Exhibition and road shows when company requires.
- Conduct training to financial consultants and make sure they are well understanding
the company products and financial knowledge, selling skills as well as our company
culture from the training provided at the head office. Those skills and ability equipped
should allow them to find our targeted customers.
- Conduct training workshop to clients and encourage them to open account when they
are ready to invest.
- Collect market situation and competitor’s activities from financial consultant, combine
and prepare report then update to the management.
- Perform other duties as assigned from the Management.
