Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Preferably in marketing, business, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with new media operations.
3.Knowledge of sales processes and business relationship management.
4.Experience in sales and leasing within the real estate industry.
5.Strong negotiation skills with sales techniques.
6.Market analysis abilities.
7.Planning and execution skills.
8.Team management capabilities.
9.Result oriented, teamwork, problem solving etc.

Job Description:
Based on the market strategy, responsible for market expansion, sales, business development, and establishing, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with partners for Harbor Property projects.
1. Identify potential clients, expand customer base, maintain and enhance existing client relationships.
2. Set growth and sales targets for business and ensure team and individual achievement.
3. Plan and oversee marketing strategies and activities.
4. Maintain public relations by representing the company at exhibitions, forums, and other public relations and industry events.
5. Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with partners according to the market strategy.
6. Train personnel and assist team members in developing their skills.

Working time: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri), 8:30-16:30 (Sat)
Break time: 12:00-13:00
