Based on the market strategy, responsible for market expansion, Sale, business development, and establishing, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with partners for Harbor Property projects.
1. Identify potential clients, expand customer base, and maintain and enhance existing client relationships.
2. Set growth and Sale targets for business and ensure team and individual achievement.
3. Plan and oversee marketing strategies and activities.
4. Maintain public relations by representing the company at exhibitions, forums, and other public relations and industry events.
5. Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with partners according to the market strategy.
6. Train personnel and assist team members in developing their skills.
