1. Able to commit strong growth and achievement target for sales
2. Effective planning, implementing, and controlling on sales promotion
3. Follow up and monitor the work procedure and performance of the sales team
4. Provide training and coaching to the sales team on site to increase productivity
5. Develop and maintain rapport relationship with the customers and teams

Requirements
1. Have at least 3 years of sales experiences in the field of payment service company.
2. Good Communication in Chinese.
