Overview:
VICCI Beauty Bar is a leading beauty salon that provides exceptional services and a relaxing experience for our customers. We are seeking an experienced Asistant Salon Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily operational tasks and managing the salon store.
Supervise and support salon staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to salon standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and products.
Ensure the salon store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Implement and promote sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and overall business goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
Excellent proficiency in spoken English
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of computer and Google Prodcuts (like Calendar, Docs, etc.).
Knowledge of beauty products and services is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management or a related field is preferred.
