Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file monthly tax declarations accurately and on time
• Maintain detailed records of inventory, stock levels, and other financial data
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular basis
• Invoice issuance
• Track and organize sales and consignment data
• Generate financial reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to support the company's growth
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Must be proficient with Xero software
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• At least 2 years of experience as a professional accountant, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sector
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and tax regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
