Senior Operation Officer

Key Responsibilities
-Menu Operation (daily, weekly and monthly)
-Meat Order, allocation to sites, and total quantity used daily report.
-Review vegetable buying key-in before approving for printing for the purchase team to buy.
-Ingredients distributions and demand planning.
-Manage the cooked food leftover and reduce the meat quantity to be used.
-Meat Stock Control, arrangement and report
-Arrange the meat to all sites based on the instructions.
-Mince or mix the meat based on the instruction and properly pack to sites.
-Arrange noodle package to all site for day shift and night shift.
-Prepare package arrangements of specific dishes.
-Delivery Management & Ingredients management & cooked food leftover
-Provide delivery schedule weekly for all sites with PIC and specific time.
-Provide a quick report of delivery irregularity such as food spoil, too late.
-Driver reports weekly.
-Every delivery must provide a picture before leaving and after arrival.
-Properly packaged and report the cooked food left over from all site to continue selling in the evening.
-Refill ingredients stock to all sites – based on the ingredient form.
-Record stock in and stock out properly in the form every time.
-Ingredients receiver.
-Operation support once needed.

Job Requirement
-Female/Male
-Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, and related fields.
-At least 2 years of experience managing operations in the F&B sector/restaurant operation.
-Have some experience of inventory management and purchasing
-Having related experience with Stock controlling knowledge is a priority
-Good English Knowledge in both written and verbal communication
-Good computer skills and can use OneDrive, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
-Skilled in forecasting and managing food and beverage needs.
-Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
-Outstanding customer service and delegation capabilities.
-Demonstrated organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Energetic and high problem-solving skills.
-High flexibility and common sense and Quick learner.
-A team player and cooperative.
