Job Summary:
The Slot Machine Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of slot machines in the casino. This role ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operation of machines, providing guests with a seamless gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines to ensure proper functionality.
Troubleshoot technical problems with machines and perform timely repairs.
Ensure all machines are compliant with gaming regulations.
Replace defective parts such as electronic components, wiring, or hardware.
Assist in the installation and removal of slot machines as needed.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and incidents.
Test machines for optimal performance and handle customer service issues related to malfunctions.
Follow safety protocols when working with electrical and mechanical components.
Stay updated on the latest technology and changes in gaming regulations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Slot Machine Technician or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of slot machine components, electrical systems, and repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to gaming machines is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
