Junior Accountant

Responsibilities: - Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation - Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures - Updating financial records via accounting software - Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line - Preparing monthly budget under the purview of senior management - Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets - Reporting on the financial situation in weekly meetings - Being ready to perform any necessary extra assigned accounting-related tasks. - Fluency with Ms Excel; - Fluency with Google Sheets; - Fluency in written and verbal English; - Fluency in written and verbal Khmer; - Good math skills; - Strong logic skills; - Good team and communication skills; - Excellent time-management; - Confident problem-solving skills; - Basic understanding in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
