• Liaise with tenants on renewables, termination, payment, and complaints regarding leasing matters
• Prepares the necessary documentation and all related paperwork related to the lease consummation; handles the proper safekeeping of account files.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the leasing status
• Carry out daily leasing tasks including follow-up on prospects & prepare prospect inquiry reports
• Update monthly tenancy schedule for respective shopping centers and office towers.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitors' projects e.g. rental rates, new tenants, and occupancy rates.
• Maintain and keep stock of leasing collateral e.g. flyers and brochures.
• Any other tasks assigned by the leasing manager, head of leasing, and GM real estate
• Prepare and monitor periodic management reports on asset performance, from a leasing and property management perspective
• Source, evaluate, and plan property operating and capital expense
• Liaise with the finance team on lease execution matters
