●Job Description Loan Recovery Officer to be responsible for collecting bad debt including written-off loans and loans overdue more specified days with compliance with acceptable common practices aligned with legal framework requirements. ●Duties and Responsibilities 1. Monitor overdue and defaulted loans daily. 2. Conduct site visits and call customers. 3. Closely monitor and follow up on the defaulted client. 4. Make a report of the status of the customer's condition. ●Requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting or any relevant field. 2. Minimum one year of working experience in the credit function of the financial industry. 3. Good problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal and convincing skills. 4.
