Responsibilities:
- Ad-hoc support for all Branches’ operations to ensure smooth daily operation;
- Assist in BCP project and conduct UAT for new system implementation or enhancement related to Operations to ensure system is in order before going live.
- Review existing and develop new process and policies related to Operations from time to time;
- Follow up with branches to submit customer complains report on time;
- Follow up with branches to submit QMS report on time.
- Ensure compliance to anti-money laundering regulations by ensuring that staff are aware of its policies and procedures and are properly trained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of banking experiences.
- Good knowledge operations function core banking system banking products.
- High attention details accuracy good organization time management skill.
- Demonstrate fluency in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Computer literacy Microsoft (Word, Excel, Internet & Email)
