Job Description: Marketing Manager – Job Description
🔹 Strategic Planning & Leadership • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels • Lead client marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals • Translate client briefs into actionable marketing plans, timelines, and budgets • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategy • Manage a team of creatives, digital marketers, and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns
🔹 Client Management • Serve as main point of contact for key clients across various industries • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and performance reports • Present marketing proposals, reports, and campaign outcomes clearly and professionally • Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, measurable results, and strategic advice
🔹 Digital Marketing • Oversee online campaigns including social media, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and influencer outreach • Monitor and optimize digital KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROAS, etc.) • Coordinate content creation for blogs, websites, ads, and social platforms • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and platform changes (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
🔹 Offline Marketing • Plan and execute offline initiatives such as events, activations, billboards, flyers, radio, and print • Coordinate logistics and creative production for offline campaigns • Track and measure impact of offline campaigns, and integrate with online efforts for synergy
🔹 Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Analyze campaign data to identify insights and areas for improvement • Generate regular marketing reports with actionable recommendations • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM dashboards) to track ROI
🔹 Team & Project Management • Delegate tasks effectively across internal teams and freelancers • Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets • Conduct training, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews with the marketing team
🔹 Branding & Creative Direction • Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints • Oversee design, messaging, and tone for client-facing materials • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce creative assets
