ii) Responsibilities
• Design and implement a strategic marketing roadmap aligned with business goals, emphasizing lead generation, brand growth, and customer retention.
• Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, including on-ground, digital advertising, SEO and thought leadership content across various social media platforms.
• Partner with sales and product teams to conduct market analyses, identify growth opportunities, and define value propositions for untapped markets.
• Develop sales enablement tools and training materials to enhance the team's ability to effectively position and sell solutions.
• Lead the creative team to create market impact communication materials.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics, taking ownership of KPIs and making data-driven adjustments to optimize strategies.
• Lead and support a high-performing marketing team, fostering professional growth and ensuring clear task delegation.
• Coordinate with solution owners, technical teams, and other departments to align and refine customer communication efforts.
• Expand the brand's presence in existing and new markets, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, prioritizing resources to achieve key objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, while managing PR efforts and partnerships with media and channel stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent and impactful messaging across all communications, including internal branding, recruitment campaigns, corporate events, and promotional materials.
iii) Qualifications
'• Minimum 5 years in marketing & brand communications.
• Passion for finance technology & innovation.
• Preferably experience in e-payment & fintech industries.
• Marketing leadership experience with a proven track record of success in a B2C/B2B enterprise marketing.
• Proven history of achieving company and marketing objectives, with a focus on generating qualified opportunities.
• Demonstrated success and a deep passion for brand building.
• Extensive experience collaborating with the Head of Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies at both local and regional levels.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• In-depth experience in brand development, customer segmentation, digital marketing, and B2C/B2B marketing.
• Knowledge and expertise in the tech sector, particularly in financial and/or banking markets, is a plus.
• Experience in various online marketing techniques (such as email marketing, paid search, affiliate marketing, and social media) is also highly beneficial.
