Marketing Officer

Position: Marketing Officer Salary: $300 - $500 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Weekends required; a weekly day off will be assigned on weekdays)

Job Summary:
Genius Resort is looking for a Marketing Officer to support our marketing efforts, manage client engagement, and help with event facilitation. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently interact with clients both online and in person. The Marketing Officer will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and events.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to promote Genius Resort’s services. • Facilitate both indoor and outdoor events, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for attendees. • Gather and analyze marketing and sales data from the reception to track customer engagement and trends. • Follow up with clients when their packages are about to expire, encouraging them to renew or purchase new packages. • Create and manage social media posts and marketing content to increase brand visibility. • Confidently act as an MC (Master of Ceremonies) during events, making announcements and engaging with guests. • Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination for marketing initiatives.
Minimum Requirements: • Language: Fluent in Khmer and English (both spoken and written). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales. • Skills: • Comfortable with content creation and social media marketing. • Confident speaking in public and using a microphone for MC work. • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and guests.
