Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide the sales team in daily operations and sales efforts.
- Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Promote and sell the car loan product to potential clients through visits and presentations.
- Lead efforts in identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the car loan product.
- Train and support the Credit Officers (COs) to ensure they effectively achieve their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners and customers.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze applicants’ financial status, creditworthiness, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
- Work closely with Credit Officers to assess risk and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct customer visits alongside Credit Officers to verify and assess the legitimacy of loan applications.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports.
- Provide direct updates to the Head of Sales regarding team performance, market trends, and strategic insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the financial or automotive sector.
- BA/Master in Finance and Banking, Business, Management, or others related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant position.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information and make sound decisions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and team members.
