Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Admin Officer with expertise in designing and optimizing workflow charts. The role involves creating visual representations of processes to improve efficiency and support operational decision-making.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and update flowcharts to map out business processes and workflows
* Collaborate with teams to gather information and understand operational requirements
* Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements through flowchart redesign
* Ensure flowcharts are clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals
* Maintain documentation and update flowcharts as processes evolve
* Assist in training staff on new workflows and processes
2. Requirements:
* Be able to communicate in Chinese (Medium Level)
* Be able to know flowchart design tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, or similar) priority for selecting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to visualize complex processes
* Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Experience in operations or administration is a plus
Salary: $400-$600
