Position: Operation Manager Salary: USD 1.2-1.5k Job Description - Managing daily operations from all departments of hotel - Ensure financial targets are met - In charge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales operations - Resolving issues that arise within operations. Identifying problems, choosing the right solutions, and working with staff to implement them - Maintain effective cost controls in all areas - Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction - Work alongside all HoDs to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations - Deputise for the GM in his absence and at various meetings & events - Carry out duty management shifts as required - Carry out regular inspections of all departments - Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings - Work closely with GM and MD to forecast hotel business on a weekly basis and plan accordingly Requirement - Age 35 below - Can be either male or female - Have experience in the hotel industry at least 3 years in the senior position (not simple staff, at least senior position to manger position) - High commitment, honest, hard working - Strong communication skills - Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Friendly - Eager to learn and flexible
