DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Stock: •Manage, Check, Receive and raise Purchase Request for out-of-stock items or reach the order alert point •Check and evaluation on quality of goods •Input data on Stock In/Out daily as schedule •Weekly/Monthly count stock and report •Mart keeping is to clean frequently, tidy and hygiene Barista: •Greet customers as they enter •Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients •Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) •Prepare beverages following recipe •Receive and process payments (Cash/QR Code) •Keep area clean •Maintain stock of clean mugs and plate Cashier/Customer Services: •Manage transactions with customers using cash/scan QR Code •Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate •Collect payments whether in cash or credit •Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets •Cross-sell products and introduce new ones •Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information •Greet customers when entering or leaving mart/store •Other assigned by leader/manager
