Responsibilities:
Manage new user registration.
Maintain the standards of the company.
Ensure the team completes their responsibilities.
Go outside to visit the project site locations.
Manage the accounts and process new requests.
Provide training and onboarding as needed.
Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Meet and exceed KPI targets to match company and team goals.
Manage work through the online dashboard system and Google Drive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experienced in operations management or hospitality is preferred
Good problem-solving skills and well organized.
Good project management and analytic thinking skills.
Good communication skills in Khmer & English.
Good computer skills.
Location: Monivong / St. 240
Salary: $400-$600
Schedule: 40 hours / week
