Overseas sales representative and Sales Manager

RSL Global Logistics Co., Ltd is a freight forwarding company which is operating in Cambodia since 2008 by providing the Ocean-Land-Air Freight Transportation Services, Customs Clearance, Cold Chain and whole Supply Chain with full-range of logistics service and other related shipping services. Now we are seeking for a potential candidate to fulfill a position as follow:
Position : Overseas Sales Representative Location : Phnom Penh City Number of Hirings : 02 Positions Job Term : Full-Time Closing date : June 30, 2025 before 5:00PM
RESPONSIBILITY • Be responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients • Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses • Be responsible for price and service negotiation with customers • Be responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients • Be responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction • Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with the organization • Focus on Sales Performance to achieve team target, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue. • Expand company market share by winning new customers, remain key customers to achieve Sales target. • Coordinate with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target. • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products. • Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration • Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time. • Develop consultative sales skills • Submit sales report to direct manager as required • Keep good image of Company in the market by professional style of working. • Conduct business with the highest level of integrity • Other tasks assigned by management
REQUIREMENT • University Degree: Major in the field of Business Management/ International Business/ Logistics, etc. • At least 1 year experience in related field is preferable. • Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply. • Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook...). • Fluent in English and Chinese is prefer (Multi-language is more advantages) • Understanding of sales performance metrics. • Working in logistics / freight forwarding industrial is an advantage. • Good knowledge about logistics industrial. • Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service • Ability to organize, analyze work, and solve problems well. • Able to work under high pressure and responsible. • Good with figures, responsible, careful, active, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working • Friendly, morality, and high responsible for works. • Be able to travel to province or abroad.
