Job Responsibilities
• Handling administrative tasks and supporting daily office operations.
• Manage schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle communication and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
• Joining the events and ceremonies with the business partners, shareholders, etc. as advised.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist in event preparations.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication skills (Chinese is a plus).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be flexible in working hours.
