Roles & Responsibilities:
-Develop sales plan and lead to deliver sales target -Lead sales performance review on daily, weekly and monthly basis -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention -Fulfil and maintain store coverage plan -Lead on pharmacies channel -Delivery sales and distribution by SKUs -Liase with sales team to optimize sales team performance -Ongoing sales achievement -Coordinate with sales team and Morea's team to execute market activities or campaigns -Ensure full deployment of POSM following guideline and timeline -Maintain market visibility in the outlets -Ongoing collect and update to Morea on market activities, competitor, key challenges or issue with trades and consumers -Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
