I. Key Responsibilities 1. Policy and SOP Development - Research, draft, and implement company policies and SOPs. - Ensure that policies and SOPs align with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. - Regularly update policies and SOPs to reflect changes in regulations, company objectives, or best practices. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather input and feedback for policy and SOP development. - Conduct interviews, process observations, and data collection to understand departmental workflows and challenges. 3. Documentation and Formatting - Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for policies and SOPs. - Maintain a centralized database or repository for all approved policies and SOPs. 4. Training and Implementation - Facilitate training sessions to educate employees on new or updated policies and SOPs. - Monitor and ensure compliance with policies and SOPs through regular audits and reviews. 5. Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure all policies and SOPs meet industry standards, labor laws, and organizational 5. Requirements. - Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements. - Performance Metrics - Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness and adherence to policies and SOPs. - Generate reports and present findings to management. II. Qualifications • Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. - Advanced certification (e.g., HR professional Certificate, CIPD, or Six Sigma) is a plus. • Experience: - 3+ years of experience in policy development, process improvement, or HR operations. - Proven track record of drafting and implementing policies and SOPs. • Skills: - Strong analytical and research skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other documentation tools. - Knowledge of labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices. - Project management skills are an advantage.
