• Review and checking PR specification from Department request
• Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids;
• Review purchase item pricing
• Assess supplier profiles and analyse offers.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers whilst identifying and researching new
suppliers
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers with their qualifications and potential future
development
• Follow company’s policies/procedures, complying at all time and suggesting improvement
• Prepare reports regarding market conditions of goods and service costs.
• Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers;
• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, and distributing materials,
equipment, and supplies
• Cost analysis and comparison with detail report.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
• Good oral and written both English and Khmer communication skills
• Ability to travel to visit and negotiate with suppliers.
• Operational and reporting.
• At least 2-3 years of work experiences in Procurement and sourcing
• Good in problem solving, planning, documentation and numeracy skill
• Proficiency is using Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point ...etc.,
• Be detailed oriented, flexible, hard-working, honest, able to work under pressure with high
responsibility.
